This super-limited edition poster was created for International Clash Day, an annual celebration of the music and social values of The Clash, hosted by radio stations all over the globe. 2019 marked the 40th anniversary of the release of “London Calling” so the design features nods to songs from the album (most notably, the song “Death or Glory“).
We weren’t happy with the original print, as the band name was hard to read. We finally got around to fixing it in 2021 by overprinting the words “Clash Day” in green ink using a Print Gocco home screenprinting kit.
18″ x 24″ 3-color silkscreened poster hand-printed on natural paper.
Signed, limited edition of 15. Printed in Seattle, Washington by Independence Printage and in Minneapolis, MN by Eric Kassel.
The print will be shipped in a heavy mailing tube.
